- In main season we prefer stays for 5 days or longer
- Stays shorter than 5 days can not be booked sooner than 14 days before the term
- Price for group accommodation may be arranged individually – in person, via telephone or e-mail
- With an obligatory reservation, our guests are charged at least 30% of the total price
Operation conditions
- Guests may check – in at 3 p.m. till 6 p.m. on the day of arrival (if not otherwise arranged).
- Guests leave the rooms by 10 a.m. (if not otherwise arranged) or may be charged an extra day.
- The balance due is to be paid on the first day of stay
- The accommodation provider is not obliged to refund the guest with the reduction of days of stay for any reason.
Cancellation fee conditions
- 25% of the total price 11-30 days before arrival
- 50% of the total price 3-10 days before arrival
- 75% of the total price 1-2 days before arrival
- 100% of the total price on the day of arrival
